The CROWD method was born from the vision of partners Fred Santoro (CEO of Raketo), who sought to address a deep concern after observing companies with high-potential products and services that couldn't master the art of management in the new AI era, and Fernando Fernandes, a successful entrepreneur in the SME sector. In his role as COO, Fernando lives daily the operational pains that could easily be solved with AI Agents, but realized that, for lack of knowledge, plan and method, many partner companies remain stuck in their growth processes.

Our fundamental mission and purpose is to act as the main copilot for entrepreneurs and executives on this journey of business reinvention.
